Stone polymer/plastic composite, or SPC, is the newest item in the flooring market. It is designed to be 100% waterproof and has a higher resistance to both denting and temperature extremes. For anything to be called SPC, it needs to comprise a core of at least 50% stone. The SPC floors are not aerated like the WPC, making SPC much more stable in extreme heat.
Miami SPC from the Deep Sea Collection is a 5.5 mm x 9" plank with a 20 mil wear layer. This SPC floor is a blend of light and warm gray tones to perfectly complement any style of home.
