What to bring when you begin the search for your new floors.

When you embark on the journey to find your new floors, there are a couple things you can bring with you to make your decision easier.  One of the first things you can do is take a couple pictures of your homes color palette.   Taking pictures of your furniture, wall colors, cabinetry, and any other items that you feel will need to be complimented by your floors.   A second thing that will help is to bring in a cabinet door or drawer from your kitchen.  When you enter any showroom, the fluorescent lighting will skew most colors towards yellow.  By having your cabinet samples with you, you will see how the colors look together in the showroom, and then when you take the display samples home, you will have a better gauge on how they look together in your home.
